All of a sudden I started having pain on the top of both of my feet. I have always had high arches and high insteps but these caused no problems other than buying certain shoes. Lately, I have intense pain on top of both my feet and when wearing shoes and walking, the pain is very intense. Rubbing the tops of my feet reveals no lumps or anything unusual. The rubbing intensifies the pain and it appears to be nerve related. I have been unable to find anything about such a condition. I have been wearing shoes with a slight heel as this seems to be better than flat or tennis type shoes. No injuries which could account for this. Any thoughts? |
