Just wandering if this would be considered the problem?
My son is 14, been playing baseball for highschool for about a month, the past few weeks he is conplaining of heel pain. He is telling me that the pain is when he runs and puts pressure on the ball of his foot, that is when his heel actually hurts. Also what type of insert would help?
(He so much wants to play on the team.)One more question!
Will it bother anything else if he keeps runing with it hurting? He also states that the first day it hurt he could hardly put pressure on his foot, but it has gotten better.
