In order to make any meaningful recommendation, it would be necessary to accurately evaluate your current situation beyond what your less than specific words have detailed. When one asks for even temporary professional help, but does not present his situation in a clear, concise and completely medically understandable fashion which does not lend itself to ambiguities (the fact that you are neither trained in that nor should be expected to know how to do it is irrelevant), any such attempted help will likely be inadequate or misguide, and possibly even detrimental. In spite of your work situation, if you really desire mitigation of this problem you will need to have a knowledgeable hands-on evaluation of your situation, especially if, as you suggest, your problem is resultant from an injury sustained previously. |
