I live and work in China, and am wondering whether acupuncture would help for the constant pain I have when walking, running up the left lower calf muscle from the inner and outer ankle. It feels as if it's the tendons. Also, just started in the past couple of days, pain in my right foot just below the inner ankle and into the arch area. By the end of each day my ankles, especially the left one, are swollen. There is also swelling just above the arch area. I am 63 years old, and just want to get back to being able to walk, as that is my favourite form of exercise.
