Hi! I am experiencing pain on my right foot, moderate, with severe aching, on the top of the foot, towards the outside, and about an inch from the base of my little toe and the next two toes. It is almost constant, and gets worse the more I stand on it. I have fairly flat feet and this pain has been in the last three weeks, originally starting in my heel area, but has moved to the top of my foot. I can't think of anything that happened specifically and it is getting worse. It takes several hours of being off my feet before the aching goes away. Any ideas? It didn't happen overnight, but has gotten worse day by day. Up until recently, I could be on my feet with no problem. My left sometimes aches too, but I think it's from overcompensating for the right. I would appreciate any help! |
