I have adequate New Balance athletic shoes that I wear to walk and do exercises and to go shopping or to town for casual wear for my feet.

I don't have a total flat arch but I don't have a high arch either I guess you say I have a small arch and my feet do tend to turn inward just a little while walking but not all the time.

The arch in my left foot started hurting after walking one day but it doesn't hurt every time I walk or execise but yesterday after walking and last night during and after exercise I noticed it hurt a little and today it hurts to walk on it just a little.

There is no swelling or discoloration that I can see visibly to my left arch so is it possible that I might have slightly sprain or fractured it?

Thanks for any helpful advise you can give me.
