I'm desperately seeking advice here. For the past several days I've been having small muscle tics in the arch of my right foot. (the area directly behind the front ball of my foot, at the highest point of the arch at the inner side) It isn't constant, or a violent twitch, just enough to get annoying. It stops depending on how I position my leg. My theory is that since I've been wearing flip-flops (or they are called thongs sometimes) all the time lately, instead of my more usual tennis shoes, is that the lack of arch support is taking it's toll. I really this theory is possible, I'm afraid of having this turn about to be something much worse.
