Thanks for the photos of your Bing. Sometime after the board was made, possibly 20 or more years later, the entire board was pigmented (covered with colored resin), right up to the stringer, probably to hide a lot of damage or a very yellow (sunburned) board. Full coverup. Hard to know what the original board looked like... Maybe it too had red deck and bottom panels, without the blue rails and center infill. The rising sun skeg is really beautiful.
Both Bing and I think your board was made in 1963.
