Checking the Pennsylvania General Assembly website this morning, (see below) and it appears Representative Thomas Murt District 152 (parts of Montgomery Co. and Philadelphia) has in fact withdrawn HB 2344, which would have made law-abiding citizens in Pennsylvania purchase a permit (up to $50.00) just to buy ammunition for legally-purchased firearms, coupled with other meaningless restrictions on the purchase of ammunition.
