What you are asking about would have to be a B.O.D. and Executive Committee Decision. I can only give you my take on the situation.
HF&G is not a multi-billion dollar insurance company. HF&G got no rate refund or adjustment despite the reduced liability due to the COVID-19 closure. We have continued to pay our employees (only fair as they still provide security and maintain the facility). We continue to improve the property and conduct club business (AKA spend money).
I don't think the comparison to your company giving you a rebate on your Auto Insurance, is a fair one. Where Erie is paying less out during the COVID-19 outbreak, HF&G is spending about the same (though we didn't replace water cooler jugs for 2 months). Speaking of unfair, I got got less than $60 back on my three-car policy!
