Researching why you are unable to post to this forum. The message you sent is boardserver.superstats.com. I did not ban you from the board - the only two options I have as administrator (and I honestly cant remember when was the last time I signed in that way) is to delete a post/message and ban an IP address.
It may help me to know what the rest of your message says. From the pick you sent, all I see is, "You have been restricted from posting messages to this b..." I assume it ends in "board," but was there anything after that?
