Hi, well she is totally confused as you can see. I will suggest taking the crate and wash it with chlorine, then vinegar (to kill the scent ) and take the crate away for a week or so. Now, begin training her going outside;take like a couple of days taking her out every couple of hours and she must be praised when she does her duties outside. Do not feed her any later than 4 PM so there is no mistake done inside the house while you are sleeping ( If one of you can stay awake throughout the night watching her,even better)
Somehow,while you train her, she was scolded so bad that she didn't know what to do and is confused..Dogs will never go in tight quaters where they sleep,unless they think their leaders want them to.
It happens more often than not,but it will be ok soon.
