I have been searching for my son. He was born in St. Mary's Hospital in February of 1967. I have had several hits but was told of only 2 possible connections. They were both wrong. Now I am back to square one.
My maiden name is Betty Cooper. I was from New York State and moved to Ohio to have my baby. I already had 2 children and thought this baby would have a better chance with a family. I was not married. Search Angels found a girl and a boy both born in St. Mary's on Feb. 27, 1967. They assumed that one of them was my child and sent me an obituary for him. This is not my son. His sister confirmed that. Now after being disappointed, upset and downright teed off, I am asking for help! I cannot clearly remember the day of birth. I was 24 and mixed up more than anyone. This was not drugs or alcohol, it was depression.
If you can help me please send an email so I can get to the bottom of this after 40 years of searching. the birth father was not a nice person. All I can say is I need help. Thank you
