Gerry,
This was discussed extensively in the March thread "2 or 4 weeks". Since everyone starts upgrading from different levels and others use resale weeks for equity the info is very general. My husband and I used this info to make decisions about an upgrade and incorporating addendums into the contract....it was very helpful to us. I think you will find info in this thread to give you a general answer to your question.
