Several of us have posted what we have paid in total equity and their are some docs that have this broken down you may have to contact the site admin to gain access. It is VERY helpful info for negotiationg ANY changes to your contract.. FYI I am a Luxxe Villa (big one) 2 weeks and 1 extra week for 10 years, all the addendums, etc. and my total equity in is $48k

Find those docs as more than the amount is the value of the addendums and to know what to ask for.
