I'm of the opinion that its irrelevant whether you drink red or white wine. The alcohol is whats important simply because it primarily thins the blood. Although it undoubtedly has other beneficial health effects. I prefer cheap american Night Train wine which is fortified and STRONG. I can hear the raucous laughter already.
