My good friend, John, is also an employee with the company which I own.
Therefore, I KNOW for a fact, this story is true.
John is being terrorized by his ex-wife.

Firstly, he’s paying full-support, even though he’s given Almost equal custody.

Also, the arrangement forces him to miss between 6 hours of work, each week, but this does not lessen his financial obligations. His payments are based upon a full 40 hour work week.

If work gets slow, he’s still forced to pay the same outlandish amount. SO, if he’s only given 3 days work, his ex-wife still receives the full amount, up front.

I own the Company. And, Whenever work gets slow, IT"S NOT HIS FAULT. "Unstable work" is normal for the construction industry.

Also, I’m not getting this information second hand. Since I’m the employer, I see the money removed from his paycheck each week. And, when work gets slow, he often pays 60 % of his weekly earnings directly to her.

you might thing this is irrelevant, BUT, his ex-wife is a terrible mother, who only sought custody for financial reasons.

OKAY, HERE’S THE IMPORTANT PART. JOHN MUST RETURN TO COURT A FEW TIMES EACH MONTH, BECAUSE HIS EX-WIFE CREATES A GRIEVANCE CLAIMING DELINQUENCY. PLEASE REMEMBER, I AM JOHN’S EMPLOYER, SO I KNOW THAT HE’S NEVER DELINQUENT. BUT, EACH TIME HE’S FORCED TO MISS WORK, and PROVIDE RECEIPTS PROVING THAT HER CLAIMS ARE FALSE.

THE COURTS THEN ACCEPT HIS DOCUMENTATION…..BUT SHE’S NEVER PUNISHED FOR PERJURING HERSELF. WORSE YET, SHE’S ALLOWED TO REPEAT THIS PROCESS WITHIN A FEW Months. And, Even though, she’s done this several times, the courts never dismiss her repeated claims. It really sounds far fetched. His wife privately admits the abuse is a form of “payback”, just because their marriage failed.

The very idea that the courts allow her to do this, is truly unbelievable. And of course, his support is never reduced, for lost time at work, during the grievances.

He’s the most loving father in the world, although he certainly struggles at work, because of his situation.

His ex-wife uses the “support” payments solely for herself, and she never buys Anything for the children.

When John cannot afford living expenses, he must receive help from his parents. Even though he’s 38 years old.

This story is not unusual……
