I will call myself 4 since we are assigning #'s. I was born Easter morning, April 18, 1954 making me 57. I received a BS degree in Business Adminisrtation from St.Louis University, 1976, Summa Cum Laude. MBA from St.Louis U. 1979. JD from St. Louis Unvirsity 1979, cum Laude.

Married my high school sweetheart in 1976, married now 35 years, two children, Sara 31, Ryan 25 both married and now a 7 month old Grandson, Ransom (not sure if I deserve the honor of having him named after me).

I am a CPA, although I haven't actively practiced that specialty because of my law career. Worked for Arthur Andersen in audit and Tax, then as a Tax attorney for a fortune 500 company in St. Louis before beginning my law career in 1984. I have tried hundreds of cases in a variety of major civil litigation, including trade secret cases for both plantiff and defense, as well as product liability, medical negligence and many other areas.

In the mid 90's I became active in U.S. Space Policy, was President of a Naional Citizen Space lobby and was named Prospace activist of the year in 2000. I have many friends and contacts at NASA.

In the mid 2000's I became pessimistic about the U.S. Space efforts because of the economy and a lack of a coherent goal in U.S. Space Policy. I also became a watcher of the energy sector because it is currently acting as a limiter on world growth and economic prosperity.

In January 2011 I watched the Rossi demonstration in Bologne. I was excited in 1989 by the Pons and Fleischmann announcment, but like many had assumed it was a dead end until last January. After spending a year reading all the history I am convinced the process is real and has commercial value. I want to be part of this new industry and believe it could open space development which I see as critical to the health of human society.

Beside my legal skills and business acumen, I am also a quick study regarding technical engineering and science. I am rather wealthy and have access and contacts with others who are wealthy. I am a very conservative investor and abhor risk when it comes to my money.

I have asked now on a number of occasions the likely cost of this project through the prototype phase and I think it is important we all come to grips with the likely costs and the goal of the product we plan to develop. What are we really trying to do, 1) prove LENR to ourselves and others, 2) develop a LENR reactor or 3) develop a Kit to allow others to test LENR concepts?
