I recently got a pair of orthotics to help correct my flat feet. I started running again and I no longer have back problems but I've developed pain in one of my feet. My left foot feels fine and seems very well aligned ( no more pronation). My right foot seems to be rolling outward and I recently developed pain on the top of my foot above my arch. I'm not sure if I'm walking on the outside of my foot because of the orthotic or because I injured it. any thoughts? |
