I looked up foot pain and can't find anything that quite fits my pain. I kept waking up all night from the pain. It's like having a charlie horse in your foot. All my mucles and tendons feel like they shrunk...top and bottom of my right foot. I've had plantar fascitis and this is different and not going away. Sound familar to anyone? I have a call into my foot dr but this is Sat and I don't have much hope there.
