If you are interested in going green, and if this look can fit in with your designs, this is a great company. They not only use recycled products for their binders (and more), but manufacture a lot of their items using only planted trees instead of established or old growth trees:

I believe it's the company I will use. They also do custom printing on their products. It is a very specific look, which may not fit with some of you design wise, but I'm sure it can have a high-end look - if done right.
Some of their products could even be used as a part of your portfolio - like the CD covers or the ReSleeve.
