For the last year I have suffered from a peculiar injury in my right foot. The pain originates on the medial arch of my right foot close to the heel in the soft tissue. It is exacerbated by any sort of activity (I'm a runner). I was born with a club foot (that has been corrected) and i also have pes cavus (I have orthotics). It is very tender to touch, and feels like it is inflamed. It appears not to be plantar fasciitis, and I've consulted my GP, been to physio, and an orthopedic surgeon. None has given me any sense of what is wrong with me. Any ideas? |
