Without an actual examination, it cannot be determined what the hard lump might be. Burning is often a difficult symptom to pin down as to cause, as there are quite a few conditions which might cause it. Sweating would not generally be caused by athletes foot, but the odor is likely due to the byproducts of bacterial metabolism on the sweat. I certainly don't think the use of high heels is beneficial to your problems, and may be at least in part at the route of some of them. I don't see any of your problems as being highly unusual, and they are certainly in the purview of a podiatrist for evaluation and treatment. But you would have to be seen for a hands-on evaluation, and not simply either diagnosed or treated on the basis of your statements. |
