 Subject: ball of foot

i had bunion surgery about 3 years ago and did't have good results. i feel worse now than before. from that surgery i also gain pain on the ball of foot as my sides and arch. i can no longer go barefooted. it feels as if i actually have big balls and can't keep balance than a minute or two. i can't do any kind of activity requiring squating, running, etc.. because i truly feel like i rock on my feet. i deal with pain all the time on both feet. if any suggestions, please help.
