Help, need some advice. I have pain on the top of my foot, top of ankle I guess. It has been hurting me for over two months. I use to do walking for my form of exercise, only kind I can do.I was walking two and a half miles on concrete, guess I won't do that anymore. I had a cortisone injection in the tendon of my left foot, but it didn't help. I can walk on the treadmill with an ankle support, but I can't walk on cement or in grocery stores, makes it worse. Anyone have or heard of this? Thanks.
