 Subject: Post Lisfranc Fusion Pain!!

Hi! I had a fusion of the 1st metatarsal following a Lisfranc fracture (including fractures in metatarsals 1-4)! Ouch! My surgery was in August 2007 and I have returned to work the beginning of January. I'm having tons of pain in my achilles tendon when flexing my foot up and down as well as pain in my toes when I try to flex them up and down. My ankle also swells really bad when I work. Does anyone else have similar symptoms? Is it possible this could be arthritis? I'm only 23 but I heard this can happen after injury to bones. Help! I'm worried and not sure what to do? Does anyone have similar symptoms? Any advice??
