I fractured my fifth metatarsal a few weeks ago and wanted to know if anyone knew of any exercises I can do to help it heal. Also, at what point should I be putting all my weight on it. At present it is in a little bootie cast which I can take off to shower, but I am unsure about what I can and cannot do with regard to exercise and how much weight I could put on it as the hospital was a bit vague about these points?
