I agree but that shouldn't stop Dr. Z or any other doctor from offering the patient an in-depth examination that might determine that ESWT could be the treatment that could benefit him, especially when he mentioned achilles tendinosis in his title.
I think we do know that it is something with his tendon and that he needs help due to lack of any benefit from treatments he had received.
