I think we do know that it is something with his tendon and that he needs help due to lack of any benefit from treatments he had received.

That is both perverse logic on your part and actually fortifies my point of contention. You responded in AGREEMENT to my post, the crux of which asserted that diagnosis and substantive facts are a necessary prerequisite for the proper recommendation of specific therapy. Then you clearly backtrack on that agreement by offering the view that your recommendation for specific therapy, which was based of essentially no information other than a titling of a post in which the questioner gave no supportive details to substantiate such a title.

I believe that you have responded, in my favor, to your on reply.
