I have also been having this on the soles of my feet only.
feeling like an elbow stab spring or shocks that make you jump. I am now seeing a neurologist as this is more nerve pain than anything else. Two poditrists could find nothing wrong with my feet but a nerve test including my back found some nerve irration. I have no bumps on my feet, just hurts to stand very badly. I have been dealing with this since Feb and not been working either. This chronic pain is sure
