You mention an "injury" three times, but fail to describe both what was injured and the mechanics of how it occured. Although it is really difficult to convince especially avid runners of this fact, common sense, which does not require professional training, would dictate that if something hurts when you perform an activity, stop doing that activity, and if it recurs again after suffiecient rest, then a hands-on physical examiation is the only reliable way to go. See a podiatrist for an evaluation and let him/her determine if you can continue activity while under treatment. |
