If you may be predisposed to injuries as a result of some faulty bio-mechanics or other abnormality, as you seem to imply might be the case, the only way to know what that might be and how to treat it if it can be treated would be to have a hands-on examination by a qualified specialist. I would advise trying to locate a podiatrist in your area who sees a lot of runners. Chances are his/her name circulates among the running community.
