Based solely on what you offer in your post, either you have not presented your situation accurately or you have not been under the care of very good doctors. Although not all callouses and their discomfort can be totally resolved, unless there is something VERY special about your case which you have not mentioned, it is difficult to believe that treatment to improve your situation has not been possible. I would recommended another hands-on evaluation and opinion from a qualified podiatrist. |
