Let me respond for myself. As to the team, I will confer with Lui.

I am not an engineer, nor do I pretend to be. When I looked at the HE powerpoint, I thought you were designing a multiple chamber reactor, not just a testing kit. I don't even know, if having 8 chambers in such close proximity will allow you to differentiate results between the reaction chambers, whether individual chambers may cause results in other chambers that wouldn't occur otherwise, or how sophisticated the sensing equipment will have to be or how much it will cost in order to differentiate the results.

So when I looked at it, I thought you were suggesting the LEarNeR Kit should be designed with 8 reacting chambers because of some thought this would enhance the reaction in the cores all with the same ingredients, not that someone using this device could somehow do 8 different experiments at once.

Now I understand that it isn't designed to enhance the reaction (shape and design), just to allow one to do multiple tests at once. Whether that is feasible and whether it makes sense should be discussed by the TEAM. To my knowledge No one on your team suggested a platform for mutiple tests at once.

Also, the fact that one of the teams thinks a design proposed by another team for the project would not be compatible with the teams goal does not mean the proposed design is the property of the designing team, which is what you are implying. Like all intellectual property proposed during the design process of the joint venture, I think each team could make some claim.

What I was implying by my comments and I think I made it clear, is that if you think your design is going to enhance the reaction (although I don't know why it would), then it might not be appropriate to disclose this IP in a LENR Kit which by its nature is designed to let competitors test ideas, but to use it to engineer a core for commercial use. And we would want to test it before deciding what to do with it.

Finally, you really don't know me but I have the wealth to finance this whole project if I wanted to and I think I am anything but a regular guy with a job, so I wouldn't be so insulting if I were you.
