NO !! In Acts 26:11, here Paul is relating to King Agrippa in v 11 how that Paul had authority to pursue to Any synogogue and compell them to blaspheme, punish, he persecuted even unto strange cities. This authority came fron the Chief Priest v12. The Body of Christ HAD not yet been revealed, because it was hid in God.Paul at this time was a Pharisee and was persecuting those like the 12 and those who believed like them. Church just means called - out assembly not the Body of Christ. In Gal 1:13and 14 ,Paul is recounting how in his past life he persecuted the Jews religion ( not the Body of Christ, the Greek word is IOUDAISMOS, which denotes Judaism, the Jews Religion ) and with out a doubt means that Paul did not persceute the Body of Christ.
