Kim,
If she has the protection Plus then she can't do exports like you can with the business software. You can either just provide the Excel exports of the reports and she can enter the values or the Export CD and Protection Plus. The only item to mention is that the totalling won't be automatic in the Excel export. The data input is really meant to be done using the software.
