Fred, if the client has the PP software, can she add other properties?

If so, she could then do her own inventories of her other properties, and wouldn't need Kim any more.

I think that is her concern.

Kim, maybe you could print the reports, give them to her, have her (with an ink pen) write in the amounts, and then you could enter them into your software at a later date and re-print her reports ... or save the data onto a CD for her.
