Hi Kim,
You can export to Excel simply by clicking the 'envelope' icon in the report preview window. If you choose the option: MS Excel 97-2000 is should export in the format you see on the screen. There are various other options for data only as well but that depends on what the appraiser is looking for. I think the export to PDF option is a good one because most people have the free Adobe PDF reader on their computer and if they don't it is a free download. The PDF format prints nice and has a good search feature.

Excel is part of the Microsoft Office suite of applications and in the most popular spreasheet program available.
