Hi David, I have just found this forum site as I try to find a possible diagnosis/cure for my foot problems. Yours sound pretty similar to mine and my guess is that you dont have plantar fascitis. I have had burning painful feet for 3 years now and I have been unable to even get a proper diagnosis.I know this is no help at all but let me know if you get any help
