I hope you saw your podiatrist at LEAST 3x and the following things occured...(1)ultrasound therapy using biofreeze or some like-minded conducting gel for 15-20 min.(2)10 min massage, not strenuos, but emcompassing the metaheads back to the calcaneus (3) a midtarsal strapping using one of the stretch tapes. I have had profound success
with this regimen and the orthotic devices. Also mild anti-
inflammatory 2x daily with one of those times being just before retiring for the nite will make your first morning steps feel like heaven. GOOD LUCK!
