Foot Doc has a long history of being rude to people he calls "questioners". He was even permanently kicked off of a prominent foot website for being so rude to people. A forum being free is not an excuse for the responders to be abusive. If it is, that just makes forums such this convenient platforms for abusers to practice their proclivities.

Reading a response that you thought might be helpful that turns out to be abusive to you is not without loss. When that happens you are a victim of verbal abuse and I don't see how not paying for it makes that ok.
