Right you are Dr. Foot Doc. I've only been visiting this forum for a couple of months but there are always people like you talked about on forums who are there just for the disruptions they can cause. Dave does sound just just like Frank. I looked up Frank's back posts and he (or I guess from what you said "she" would be more proper) has posted only complaint and insults mostly aimed not only at you but doctors in general. These people are generally sick and need help more than arguments. You're correct about not inciting them with responses since that's all they want. Keep up the good work. I enjoy reading your comments and advice.
