The information came from an article in this week's AP - a direct quote from a Paterson employee "the plant that produced our chemistry for our formulations (including stop bath) has closed. It looks like, due to dimishing demand, we will discontinue all the Paterson chemistry".
Sounds terminal to me for both mono and colour. I hope I am wrong, and I'm very grateful for your offer to check.
If things turn out as badly as I fear, my question stands: what else? What will _you_ be using instead of FX-39?
