Hi,
I've recently (for the last few months) had pain on the top of my right foot. Sort of on the top, in front of the ankle bone on the outside (right). There's a bit of a lump there, but I also have a lump on my other foot in a similar place (this foot gives me pain sometimes, but the right one is more so).
I find that when I get up, after sleeping, and I put weight on my feet, it is very painful and almost gives way. A few seconds later it's OK thought.
A month or so ago the pain was much worse (it hurt all day). When I woke it was very painful to stand on my foot at all until I stretched my toes and it kind of clicked into place. I could feel the 'click' where the pain occurs, then it was much better. I found I had to stretch the foot and click it back several times a day.
I play football (soccer) a bit and it seems to hurt a lot after this, but I have gone a while with no major running exercise and it didn't go away.
Does anyone have similar problems, or any ideas what it might be ? I've done quite a bit of searching and have not really come across a similar problem ?
