I personally don't see a problem if the self healing targets are anchored by a cord so they won't fall to, or be shot at on the range floor. I can bring it up at the directors meeting, or you do the same at the June 6 general meeting. Until then, it would be up to the discretion of the Range Safety Officer on duty.
