The passage in Hebrews 6:2 doesn't relate to the ONE BAPTISM of Ephesians 4:1-7, which talks about the unity that is made by the Spirit and not by the hands of man:
"Ye are one body, one spirit, one hope, ONE LORD, one faith, one baptism, on God and Father..."
