Please you never heard of a gut feeling that something is wrong or right. My gut feeling is you are Bernie S People must learn to use the gut feeling that we have been given . It is somes called intuition. The fact that you avoid my initial complaint about Bernie S give my gut the feeling of who you are and why you make you statements.

1. What hospital staff he is one
2. Did he do a surgical residency and where
3. How old is the podiatrist. He needs to be out at least five years. That will give him experience
4. Board Certification_ Maybe? It is possible in many residency programs that the surgery that is done during training is counted toward the certification. Most doctors in residency programs never see the patient post-op so they don't know how to treat complications or know the results of that specific surgery. They never leave the hospital to see these pateints

The doctor needs some years of experience and five plus is a good start.
I know I am a much better doctor today then I was 25 years ago.
Yes talk to patients and family doctor. That good results does mean something
and last pray. There is only so much you can do to direct your care.
