You certainly have a real horror story, but I'm certain that you will or should really understand that any meaningful prediction of your further prognosis would be difficult to come by from even those far more intimately involved in your case, and TOTALLY beyond that which you might expect from those who "know" you and your status only through your comments here.
In particular, unlike diseases, which more often than not have typical courses, injuries are a horse of a different color. Each must be evaluation on its own specifics, and rarely is a traumatic injury limited to a solatary structure without collateral damage elsewhere, problems from which sometimes can be more disabling than the actual majorly diagnosed one. Also, Lisfranc injuries often go initially undiagnosed as did yours.
