I think I've adequately made my point by now. As I have said, I have no illusions that I will enlighten you or change your mind. My purpose in persuing this is to be of some help to to those who are in search of real professional answers. I have, in our discussions, resolutely stated that there is nothing wrong with MIS if it is properly performed . . but only for appropriate procedures. Any doctor who limits himself to any one technique does a disservice to his patients. This entire thread was based upon your uneducation opinion that MIS surgery was the ONLY valid way to treat foot problems requiring surgery. I use the term "uneducated" not as a pejorative, but a statement of reality, as you have given no indication that you have other than a here-say knowledge of what you speak on this subject. Furthermore, I have no qualms regarding those who do office surgery as long as their facilities are up to snuff. But it was you who insisted that hospitals are bad places to have surgery and I have pointed out why you are most definitely incorrect and have given solid reasons for my position.
Congrats . . You almost got through this one without alluding to "issues" as you call them. But, alas, you couldn't make it all the way. Why it is that you have need to repeatedly try to demean the agenda of someone who dissagres with you by suggestion of a personal flaw, I can only guess.
