As I have stated, you have given me no suggestion or reason to conclude that you have any real expertise in the evaluation of the surgical procedures about which you vociferously opine, and therefore, your opinion, by default, is NOT as good as mine. That's why professionals are licensed and why folks who have little or no knowledge of what is or is not appropriate, whether it be in plumbing or electification or law or accounting or medicine, to name a few, rely on the opinions of professionals such as me . . . professionals who have actually credentials to back their opinions, and not someone, such as you, with merely a personal opinion based on limited and anecdotal experience.
